Steel bottles can be sterilized, which eliminates the chances of contamination and spoilage, ensuring the milk remains fresh.

With the growing concern for the environment, we feel that it is our duty to reduce the use of single-use plastic, a major source of pollution. Earthen pots are eco-friendly and biodegradable. They can be easily decomposed into the soil when disposed of, and they have a 95% recyclability rate.

Glass bottles cannot be sterilized with hot water and are prone to breakage, which may cause harm. We are committed to reducing single-use plastic due to its serious environmental impact. Plastic bottles are also a significant source of contamination and spoilage because of the difficulty in properly cleaning them.

You can subscribe to our service through our website or app by selecting your preferred plan and completing the necessary steps.

Delivery is FREE, every day.

You can pay online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI through the Rudra’s Farm Fresh app. Alternatively, you can use the swiping machine provided by the delivery executive to pay with your card. Please note that we do not accept cash, and all payments are collected in advance. The billing cycle runs from the 1st to the 30th/31st of each month, and your bill will be generated automatically at the end of each month. Upon payment, your subscription will be renewed.

Our delivery team leaves the packaging unit at 5am. The specific time at which they reach your home depends on various factors such as traffic, weather conditions, etc. We ensure that you receive your product/products before 8am. If there is any delay or non-delivery due to unpredictable reasons, we will inform you in advance via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

It lasts for 7 days, raw, in the fridge if kept at 0°C immediately after delivery. However, we recommend boiling the milk within 2 to 3 hours of delivery, as raw milk contains bacteria that cause spoilage. Boiling the milk eliminates these bacteria, making the milk last up to 10 days when stored at 4°C.

Yes, you can.

We work on a prepaid basis. You must pay in advance for the products you have ordered or subscribed to. The billing cycle starts on the 5th of the month and ends on the 4th of the next month. Your bill for the next month will be generated automatically at the end of the current month. Any additional orders are billed separately and should be paid immediately(COD is not available). Payments are to be done on or before 15th of each month to continue receiving milk.

Yes, you can pause your subscription by logging into your account. You can pause your subscription by 10pm if you want to pause it for the next day. Pause instructions and additional order requests are not accepted via call, email, WhatsApp, or through the delivery executive.
