We work on prepaid basis. You have to pay in advance for the products you have ordered or subscribed.
Billing cycle starts from 5th of each month and ends on 4th of next month
Your bill for the next month will be generated automatically on 4th of every month
Additional orders are billed and have to be paid as and when you ordered.
You have to pay your bill before 10th of every month to continue receiving milk.
If you pause your subscription, that amount will be credited to your wallet immediately.
A one-time refundable deposit of 10 days worth of the product you subscribed is collected because you get a grace period of 10 days to pay your invoice every month.
If you switch to a lower value product, the difference amount in deposit will be credited to your wallet.
If you switch to a higher value product, the difference is payable by you.
An additional 500/- is also collected at the time of subscription for 2 steel bottles which will be replaced with one another every day.
The amount is same for both 1 ltr and ½ ltr bottles.
This amount will be refunded at the time of cancellation of the subscription if the bottles are returned in proper condition.
