Return and Refund policy
Milk and its products need to be stored in the refrigerator at a particular temperature level (2 degrees Celsius to 4 degrees Celsius). We recommend that you store the products in conditions as mentioned on the packaging as any complaints regarding the quality and deficiency of a particular product will be
addressed by our Quality Assurance Team considering the adherence to storage guidelines by you.
Return policy:
- Our Return policy entitles you to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product
- You may return the product if your order packaging has been tampered or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery and before you accepted the delivery
- You may return the product if the wrong item is being delivered other than what you had ordered
You agree that you shall give us all the proofs including but not limited to images of products having issues for us to process your requests. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a refund for the value of the returned products which will be
credited to your account wallet on the site. This can be used to pay for your subsequent orders.
Refund Policy:
There are different refund rules for different situations-
- You boiled the milk on receiving it and it got spoilt- there are no
refunds offered in this case. Milk / milk product is tested before it leaves the packaging unit- if it is spoilt, we don’t let it leave the unit at all. Milk bottles are sterilized before filling and transported in refrigerated vehicles until delivery to your home. Once you receive milk / milk product, it is your responsibility to boil it / refrigerate it at 2 degrees Celsius immediately
- You paid for a subscription and before the of that
billing cycle, you have decided to cancel the subscription- you get a refund for the days you haven’t received milk + your refundable deposit
(after subtracting charges, if any). In this case the refundable amount will be sent to the bank account given by the customer
- You would like to pause your subscription for a few days due to
travel/ some other reason- the total value (in rupees) of the products you have cancelled will be refunded to your RFF wallet immediately. If you have paused for dates for which you haven't yet paid the bill or bill hasn't yet been generated, the amount will be adjusted in your invoice
- You have informed the delivery executive that you’d like to pause
your subscription but milk was still delivered the next day- no refunds offered in this case. Only pause instructions given by you through the website after logging in to your account are taken as valid instructions
- We have not delivered milk to you due to reasons like storm, flood,
road strikes, milk spoilage, accidents, national holidays, etc- the total value in rupees of the products for which we have not delivered will be refunded to your RFF wallet immediately
- None were available at home to collect the milk/products that you
have ordered at time of delivery without you having paused the subscription by logging into the website- no refunds offered in this case.
- You have received a different quantity/ a different type of milk than
what you have ordered- In case the product is of lower value than the one you had ordered; the balance will be refunded to your RFF wallet. For example, if you had subscribed for 1L cow's milk, and you received 0.5L cow's milk, Rs.35 will be refunded to your wallet. But, if you received 1L buffalo milk, no refund will be offered.
- Us cancelling your order due to any of the reasons mentioned in
the cancellation policy
All refunds will be credited to your RFFS account wallet. You can also raise a request to transfer the money back to the source. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in Your bank account depending on Your bank’s policy. We encourage You to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case you ordered the wrong item, you shall not be entitled to any return/refund
